EARN 5% COMMISSION (For Residents of USA only)

• Must be a resident of USA with a US address and Social Security Number
• Must have a US Paypal account that can receive affiliate commission
• For commission payments above $500, affiliate must first send a duly filled and signed Form W-9 for tax purposes
• Affiliates are considered independent contractors of our company. Not our employees.
• Affiliates are paid 5% commission on each completed sale, i.e. on each invoice paid by the customer, minus any refunds or charge-backs
• This affiliate program applies to Month-to-Month, Yearly and 5-Year Plans only
• Affiliate must not use any adult websites or illegal / questionable websites, commercial emails (spam) or any other questionable methods to generate sales
